This research discusses how hedonism is presented, and how it affect the main character Anna in the Inventing Anna film (2022). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This study aims to find out hedonistic lifestyle of Anna by the front stage and back stage in dramaturgical theory, and to analyze the cause and effect of hedonism itself. This theory can interpret humans in everyday life, humans are likened to characters who play a role on the stage, which consists of the front stage, and back stage. The results of this research indicate that Anna tries to keep her desired role, at the front stage to get her desired imagining as a German-Heiress who is surrounded by wealth and hedonistic lifestyles. When Anna came back to the social reality or the back stage, the real character Anna will be shown Hedonistic lifestyle of Anna is only receptacle for her to survive in New York’s socialite life. Hedonism is the view that pleasure is the main goal in her life and always takes different paths to avoid pain. Also hedonism factor is things that encourage the person’s behavior into hedonism.
