Kepuasan Pemustaka Terhadap Layanan Karya Tulis Ilmiah Di Perpustakaan Fkik Uin Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta

This research was conducted to find out the satisfaction of user to scientific
writing service at FKIK UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Library Jakarta based on
Information Control and Library as Place dimension. In addition, to know the
satisfaction pemustaka on attitudes and behavior of scientific service writers. This
research uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach and data
collection using questionnaire. The sample in this study is the final semester
student who is a member of FKIK UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta library with
65 respondents from the total population of 327 people. Sampling is done by
purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use the LibQUAL + TM
method to measure the satisfaction of users based on the quality of library
services. The results of this study indicate that the satisfaction of users about the
quality of scientific writing service in the library of FKIK UIN Syarif
Hidayatullah Jakarta based on the Affect of Service dimension get satisfied
judgment seen from Adequacy Gap value with score 0,55 while assessment result
of Superiority Gap with score -0,94 , entered within the limits of Zone Of
Tolerance. Information Control in the category of satisfaction, seen from the value
of Adequacy Gap with a score of 0.61 while Superiority Gap -0.72, entered in the
limit of Zone Of Tolerance. Library as Place is in the satisfied category seen from
Adequacy Gap value with a score of 0.6 for Superiority Gap with a score of -0.4
entered in the Zone Of Tolerance limit.
